These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the AI Automation Lab DIY program. By applying to or participating in the AI Automation Lab, you agree to the following terms.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The AI Automation Lab is a self-paced, public learning environment designed for builders who want to research, experiment, document, and learn how to use automation tools, including Go High Level, responsibly and effectively.

The DIY Lab is not a course, not coaching, and not a done-for-you service.

2. FREE DIY LICENSE AND SPONSORSHIP

Free DIY CRM licenses are limited and are sponsored by:

AI Automation Lab

AI Prompt Lab

Access to a branded, grey-labeled Guaranteed CRM account powered by Go High Level is provided only while you are actively participating in the lab.

CRM access is a privilege tied to participation, not a permanent entitlement.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

To maintain access to the free DIY CRM license, participants are expected to engage in the lab.

Participation may include:

Engaging in community discussions

Sharing learnings or discoveries

Answering bi-weekly or monthly surveys

Providing feedback to help improve educational content

Passive access without engagement may result in loss of free CRM access.

4. PUBLIC LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

The AI Automation Lab operates in public community spaces.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

Questions are asked publicly

Discoveries are shared publicly

Builders learn from each other

This model is intentional

You are strongly encouraged to ask questions in the group so the entire community can learn together.

5. NO 1:1 SUPPORT INCLUDED

The DIY Lab does not include 1:1 direct message support from the lab host.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Strategy consulting

Troubleshooting via private messages

Hand-holding or custom builds

If you require private support, Done With You or Done For You services may be requested separately and are subject to availability and approval.

6. PLATFORM FEES AND COST RESPONSIBILITY

AI Automation Lab, AI Prompt Lab, Photo Booth FX LLC, and Christina Hanson are not responsible for any fees you incur inside the platform.

Platform usage fees may include:

Automation actions

SMS and email usage

Phone calls

Phone numbers and domains

AI features

Shop widgets

Third-party integrations

These fees are usage-based and set by the platform provider.

We do not control pricing, billing, usage rates, or have access to member billing information.

All funds added to a CRM wallet are non-refundable once used.

7. COLD EMAIL AND DOMAIN RESPONSIBILITY

Cold email carries inherent risk.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree:

You should not send cold email from your primary business domain

Educational guidance does not equal enforcement

You are fully responsible for your domain reputation and subaccount behavior

AI Automation Lab is not responsible for domain damage, deliverability issues, or account penalties resulting from your actions.

8. STAFF ACCESS REQUIREMENT

Lab members agree not to remove Christina Hanson ([email protected]) from the staff section of their business profile.

This access is required to:

Share templates

Deploy workflows

Provide limited platform assistance when necessary

Removing required staff access may result in suspension or termination of lab access.

9. SUPPORT AND EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES

Guaranteed CRM provides:

A library of tutorials and documentation

24/7 chat support for platform issues

Additional learning resources may be shared by AI Automation Lab in the form of:

Emails

Checklists

Tutorials

Explainer videos

Resources may be hosted in:

The community app

Facebook Groups including:

AI Photo Booth Prompts & AI Prompt Lab

AI Prompt Lab for Entrepreneurs

External resources such as YouTube are considered reasonable learning tools.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USE RESTRICTIONS

All materials produced by or shared within the AI Automation Lab remain the intellectual property of:

AI Automation Lab

AI Prompt Lab

Christina Hanson

This includes:

Templates

Workflows

Trainings

Documentation

Lab GPTs

Educational content

Materials are licensed for personal business use only.

You may not:

Build a competing business using lab materials

Resell or redistribute lab content

Offer paid services to other lab members using lab materials

Train others for compensation using lab resources

11. NO SELF PROMOTION

Self promotion is not permitted in lab community spaces.

Any violation of community rules or lab guidelines may result in:

Immediate cancellation of lab participation

Removal from community groups

Loss of access to the free CRM

Loss of access to lab GPTs and shared resources

Purchased products or courses remain accessible only if explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

12. NO GUARANTEES

The AI Automation Lab is an educational and experimental environment.

No guarantees are made regarding:

Business outcomes

Revenue

Automation performance

Deliverability

Platform stability

Results of any kind

Outcomes depend entirely on individual effort, decisions, and implementation.

13. PLATFORM DEPENDENCY

The AI Automation Lab relies on third-party platforms including Go High Level.

You acknowledge that:

Platform features may change

Pricing may change

Outages may occur

Policies may be updated without notice

These changes are outside the control of AI Automation Lab.

14. TERMINATION AND ACCESS REMOVAL

AI Automation Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation and access at any time, with or without notice, including but not limited to cases of:

Lack of participation

Rule violations

Disruptive or unsafe behavior

Misalignment with lab values

This decision is made to protect the integrity of the learning environment and community.

15. CANCELLATION

Participants may cancel their participation in writing at any time.

Upon cancellation:

Free CRM access may be removed

Community and lab resource access may be revoked

No refunds will be issued for platform fees already incurred

16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting an application, joining the AI Automation Lab, or accessing any lab resources, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these terms

You agree to abide by them

You accept responsibility for your actions within the platform
